Market matcher is designed to showcase wines to importers and agents actively looking for new wines to bring to market. The process is very straight forward:
- Create an account
- Register your winery
- Add your wines
- Ship your samples
- Pay (including custom fees for importation to Canada)
- We will rate, review and display your winery and wines
- Interested Agents and Importers will reach out to you
- Choose a business partner and start working together
1) Create an account
We’ll need you to provide all the details you can so agents and importers can have a solid understanding of your approach to winemaking.
Don’t worry if your region isn’t listed. Just use your country and you can enter more details on subsequent screens.

2) Enter your Winery details
We’ll need you to provide all the details you can so agents and importers can have a solid understanding of your approach to winemaking. At this time you will also need to select the market(s) you want your wines reviewed in and promoted in.
3) Add Your Wines
Adding your wines is straight forward. You can upload images and provide all the details you can.
4) Ship Your Wines
Wines will need to be shipped as samples to us for evaluation. After the wines arrive there will be second charge related to all importation fees. Producers will be responsible for any international shipping costs, import and excise taxes, and Canadian customs filing and handling fees incurred, which will be billed separately by us against the credit card we have on file. 5) Pay For Your Wines
After uploading your wines you will be prompted to pay our services. Any major credit card will be accepted. Upfront fees will depend on the number of wines involved and the markets you want the wines reviewed in.
We have teams of wine writers/critics in each market which reflect the different palates in those markets. Different writers are accredited in different markets. You can choose to have your wines tasted in one market or two markets. One market is C$250/wine, both markets is C$400/wine. Each wine will get multiple professional reviews from each market you choose.
6) We will rate, review and showcase your wines
